                 Wheel of Wellness Results




The most significant feature of my Wheel of Wellness implementation is health and exercise.  So this is where I plan to focus. Last week after rising from the dental chair I had a vascular response. The emergency team was called, and I was sent to the ER. Many diagnostic tests were performed to rule out these three diagnosis Vasovagal, Vertigo, and possible Mini Stroke. I was discharged from my stay in the hospital with new medications Aspirin as anticoagulant and Lipitor for cholesterol. This experience was frightening and caused me to take a second look at how I care for myself. The following table is my starting off point to reclaim my body. 

The majority of my plain does not look like I am profiting from wellness with any success. Sadly this just happens to be where I am in my journey. My expectation is that this phase will be short lived.
